New functionality of the MSH mobile app

With the new version of your MSH Healthcare App, you can now directly submit your claims by taking a picture of your medical supporting documentation or uploading a scanned document from your mobile (authorized formats: jpg, gif or pdf).
 
After completing all the required information, your claim will be directly sent to your MSH claims department and you won’t have any paper claim forms to fill out! Of course, you can also use your Members’ Area to submit your claims online or mail them to us.
 
After your claim has been processed by our teams, you will receive an alert on your MSH Healthcare App. By clicking on this alert, you will be able to view details about the reimbursement received and access all of your reimbursement statements.

How to benefit from this new service?
 
You can either update your MSH INTERNATIONAL app on your smartphone
(Advice: the application should not be uninstalled in order to keep all previously saved data) 
or
Download the MSH INTERNATIONAL application from the Appstore or Google Play

The MSH INTERNATIONAL mobile app also allows you to:
 

• Geolocate nearby healthcare practitioners anywhere in the world
• Access the healthcare data of each family member at any time via the personalized health records
• View your insurance card at any time for you and your family members
• Check your reimbursements online to help monitor and manage your medical expenses
• Plan your medical appointments using the health directory
• Know all the contact details of our claims departments

 
The login details to access the app are the same as those used to log into the Members’ Area of the website.
